Aims and Scope

Aims
The "Journal of Buildings and Architecture" is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to fostering research explicitly on the topic of architectural and building sciences, encompassing conceptual frameworks, historical analyses, contemporary design methodologies, and emerging technologies. It provides a platform for the exchange of innovative ideas and practices that influence the built environment. By publishing high-quality, interdisciplinary research, the journal bridges the gap between theory and practice, encouraging the development of sustainable, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions. Additionally, it covers a broad range of topics, from the study of traditional architectural forms to the exploration of cutting-edge technologies, such as smart buildings and sustainable materials.

Scope:
The "Journal of Buildings and Architecture" welcomes submissions on the following topics, including but not limited to:

• Architectural Design: Building envelope design, structural design, parametric design, computational design, digital fabrication, sustainable building design, design parameters and principles, reuse of building materials
• Interior Architecture and Design: Interior design theory, spatial organization, lighting design, acoustics, sustainable interior materials, indoor air quality, thermal comfort
